I would like to thank Marvin and his 911 Restoration crew for the mold testing and remediation they performed at my father in law’s house this past December 2010. Marvin was very professional in his assessment and communications to me. He responded with a thorough proposal in a timely manner.
We did have to move the start dates around and Marvin was flexible to allow for our scheduling concerns.
During the remediation, additional mold and damage was found due to a water leak in the shower plumbing. Marvin called me immediately and updated me on this issue. Marvin kept me informed as to his progress throughout the entire project.
When the job was finished, the house was left in a clean state per the proposal. I would highly recommend Marvin and his 911 Restoration crew to anyone.
